Promo Mechanics**

1. This Refer and Earn program is open to upgraded and newly registered PayMaya accounts:
a. Invite code is only available to upgraded PayMaya accounts [Referrer]
b. Inputting of invite code is available to all newly registered PayMaya accounts [Referee]
2. The program is only qualified to PayMaya accounts running on the latest PayMaya app release:
a. Version 2.17 on Android
b. Version 2.1.0 on iOS
3. PayMaya users who were previously given invite codes are also eligible for this program.
4. The Referrer may view his invite code in the PayMaya app by accessing the MENU (for Android users) or clicking on MORE (for iOS users); and tapping on the INVITE FRIENDS banner.
5. The Referrer may share their invite code to as many friends as possible during the promo period. They may post it on any social media platform or share via messaging apps.
6. The Referrer will be rewarded P100 PayMaya credits for every successful referral and will receive an SMS confirmation each time.
7. A successful referral entails the following:
a. The friend referred successfully created an account and used a referrer’s invite code
b. The friend referred successfully upgrades his/her PayMaya account
c.Upon successful upgrade of the referee's PayMaya account during the promo period, he/she will also be rewarded with P100, which will be credited directly to his/her PayMaya account.
8. Program period is from September 12 to 30, 2019. Promo extended up to November 15, 2019.
9. The Referrer must have a valid PayMaya account before referring a friend in order to receive the reward.
10. The P100 reward will not be credited to the referee if he/she fails to input the referral code and upgrades his/her account first. The reward will only be credited if the exact sequence is followed:
a. Input invite code
b. Upgrade account
11. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
12. If a Referee is invited by multiple people with invite codes, the referral will only be attributed to the referrer whose invite code was entered in the app.
13. Any user who uses an invite code and upgrades his/her account after the end of the program period will not receive the reward.
14. A referee may also use an invite code officially shared by PayMaya and its authorized partners and still receive the P100 reward upon successful upgrade of account. 
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit. 
16. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
17. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
18. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts. 
19. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
